Dymond Elise Mensah captured the title of International International Ms. on September 3, 2023, and with it the opportunity of a lifetime!  In order to make an impact in her community she decided to dedicate her reign to her platform "Make the Impact of a Lifetime" by raising awareness of Breast Cancer and Early Detection.  Having her maternal and paternal family impacted, she has learned firsthand the devastating affects this disease can have on a family and the importance of staying optimistic and doing everything possible to ensure a positive outcome.
